These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Dice & Dares ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related services (including Google Play Games Services);
• Use the App in a way that could harm, harass, or endanger yourself or others. The "dares" content is intended for lighthearted entertainment — you are solely responsible for your own conduct and choices while playing.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by the developer of Dice & Dares and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services such as Google Play Games Services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Dice & Dares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. You assume full responsibility for any actions you take as a result of playing the game, including completing any "dares".

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
