Dice & Dares is a casual dice and dares party game. We do not run our own servers to collect personal data, we do not show advertisements, we do not use analytics tracking, and we do not sell your data. The only personal information involved comes from optional Google Play Games Services sign-in.
2. Information We Process
Google Play Games Services data (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, Google provides the App with your Play Games player identifier and basic profile information (such as your gamer name and avatar) so we can enable features like achievements, leaderboards, and saved progress. This data is managed by Google under its own policies, and sign-in is entirely optional — the App is playable without it.
Data stored on your device. Game settings, preferences, and local progress are saved on your device using local storage. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. It is removed when you uninstall the App.
AI prompt generator (optional). If you use the in-app AI generator to create custom truths and dares, the theme text you type is sent to OpenAI's API to generate content. Please avoid entering personal or sensitive information into the generator. This text is processed by OpenAI under its own policies; we do not store it on our own servers.
Network requests. The App may make standard network requests to load fonts (Google Fonts), communicate with Google Play Games Services, and (only when you use the AI generator) contact OpenAI. We do not use these requests to build a profile of you.
3. How Information Is Used
To let you sign in and identify your account for achievements, leaderboards, and saved progress (only if you use Play Games sign-in).
To remember your in-game settings and progress on your device.
To operate, maintain, and improve the App's basic functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
Features such as sharing content or leaving a review may open other apps or services (for example, your device's share sheet or the app store), which are governed by their respective providers' policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Google Play Games Services features described above, or where required by law.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Google Play Games data is associated with your Google account. You can manage or delete your Play Games data at any time through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
